Mr Olusegun Awolowo Re-appointed As NEPC CEO

President Muhammadu Buhari has re-appointed Mr. Olusegun Awolowo as the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC). A heart felt congratulations to Mr Awolowo on the renewed position as CEO.

I am honoured and humbled by my re-appointment as Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) by His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari.
I am thankful to Mr President as this offers me the opportunity to continue our drive towards a Zero Oil economy hinged on the accelerated development of our non-oil sector as we expand and increase the presence of high quality Nigerian products and services throughout the world.
This will be enhanced by the implementation of the Zero Oil pillar of the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan and bouyed by the recently launched National Economic Council Committee on Export Promotion.
I also use this opportunity to appreciate the tremendous support of our parent ministry, the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment (FMITI), the Federal Ministry of Budget and National Planning, our international development partners and dedicated exporters and businesses.
I thank the staff of NEPC for their hard work and will count on their support towards achieving our vision for a fully diversified Zero Oil economy for Nigeria.
